Taken the bait

What does this mean?  In a Turkish way?  (My boyfriend is blonde and has blue eyes.)

That morning, I have taken the bait. What a pleasure to be received by a charming young man, attentive, comfortable and safe (in a Turkish way).  It was a pleasure.

The guy is 48 year old, 6'3", 180, white, average body, short hair, clean shaven.
He says he has an extra large dick and is a top.
